The processing of La Spineta PDO extra virgin olive oil exclusively involves the use of Coratina variety olives cultivated in the homonymous district belonging to the Pellegrino family for 4 generations. A small and easy-to-use bottle, easily transportable for all circumstances and quick use. An oil with intense, fruity, and full-bodied characteristics, it goes well with field vegetables, red meats, and is ideal with all legumes where it best expresses its decisive characteristics.
