La Spineta is an extra virgin olive oil produced exclusively with Coratina variety olives harvested directly from the estate belonging to the Pellegrino family for 4 generations. The Masseria La Spineta is located between the sea and the foothills of the Murgia, where Castel del Monte towers. Its origins date back to the 16th century. The olive groves are specialised, irrigated, and supervised by technicians specialised in modern olive growing. Passion, love, and attention characterise the Pellegrino family and, consequently, all their products.

An oil with intense, fruity, and full-bodied characteristics, it goes well with field vegetables, red meats, and is ideal with all legumes where it best expresses its decisive characteristics.
